The Bad Seeds are doing
things a little differently this year. The past three
years we have rehearsed in the Parlor (rehearsal hall) and around 6:00pm we moved our equipment
2 blocks, setup and played "onstage." While that is good
fun we believe having everyone come to the Parlor is a better
idea. It
gives all of us more time to visit with our friends and classmates.
Remember The Bad Seeds dances from
2000-2002? We have decided to do it again, same idea,
different place. This year we honor the MHS Class of 1968, so if
you attended MHS any year close to 1968 [or know someone that
did] you are invited to come party with us September 20th, 2008.
Location: Come to the
Parlor Studio 118-B South Main Street, McGregor, TX 76657.
Use the entrance "in the alley" off of [East] 2nd Street [see
map]. There is a large black (circular) "The Bad
Seeds" sign by the [rear] entrance door.
The Parlor is "the base location" for
all things involving the '68 class reunion and for all
surrounding year
classmates meeting and getting together. [It is more convenient to the
Founders' Day celebration than the Hermann Sons Hall on Johnson
Drive].
